Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking a Personal Care Specialist to engage customers in a retail cannabis environment, educate on products and safe consumption, and tailor recommendations to individual needs. You will help maintain store operations, verify deliveries, and uphold state cannabis regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires relevant retail experience and the ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, with a focus on professionalism and privacy.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Must pass background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and/or customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety; stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens tailored to each patient or customer’s needs.
• Maintain a positive, communicative, patient- and customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure store operations run smoothly and in compliance with regulations.
