Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a Patient Care Advocate in Winnetka, IL to deliver an exceptional customer experience while ensuring all cannabis sales comply with state regulations and are accurately recorded in POS and inventory systems.

You will work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays and weekends, and help customers with product selection, logging profiles, and executing sales with integrity in a fast-paced dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a retail or hospitality environment with cash handling responsibility.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Fast-paced, high volume retail sales experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and possess a valid driver's license or state ID.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional customer experience.
• Assists customers in product selection based on treatment plans and availability.
• Meets daily/weekly sales objectives by fulfilling requests and promoting products.
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage.
• Ensures customers are logged into the patient tracking system.
• Performs sales transactions in compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Completes accurate sales documentation.
• Enters transactions in POS and inventory systems per state rules.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment.
• Complies with Justice Cannabis Co. policies and safety protocols.
• Performs administrative tasks and answers phones/orders.
• Establishes ongoing relationships with dispensary customers.
• Completes customer profiles for future opportunities.
• Keeps knowledge updated via vendor training and cross-training with management.
