Justice Grown is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to guide customers through the dispensary experience, ensuring accurate, compliant transactions and a welcoming atmosphere. You will help customers select products per treatment plans, drive sales, and maintain records in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires at least 21, cash-handling experience, strong communication, and team collaboration. Flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience in retail or hospitality with cash handling.
• Demonstrated passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Assists customers in product selection per treatment plans and availability.
• Meets daily/weekly sales goals by fulfilling requests and cross-selling.
• Develops communication and service skills to boost sales and reviews.
• Educates customers on product attributes and usage.
• Logs customers accurately into patient tracking system.
• Performs sales transactions in compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Uses POS and inventory systems in compliance with state rules.
• Maintains a safe, clean dispensary environment.
• Follows Justice Grown policies and safety protocols.
• Performs administrative tasks as needed (profiles, tracking).
• Answers phones, handles voicemail, and processes phone orders.
• Builds ongoing relationships with dispensary customers.
• Completes customer profiles for future opportunities.
• Keeps knowledge current via vendor training and cross-training with management.
