Job summary

Justice Grown is seeking a Patient Care Advocate to guide customers through the dispensary experience, helping them make informed choices while ensuring accurate, regulation-compliant transactions. You will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, nurture relationships, and represent the brand with integrity.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, holidays, and weekends as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced retail setting. Prior cannabis retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in retail or hospitality with cash handling responsibility.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Fast-paced, high-volume retail sales preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old with valid ID or driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistently.
• Assist customers in product selection and explain attributes.
• Log customers into the patient tracking system and complete sales.
• Perform transactions in compliance with cannabis regulations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized dispensary environment.
• Respond to phones, process orders, and build customer relationships.
• Stay informed on new products through vendor training and cross-training.
