Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead the dispensary team in the absence of the General Manager.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff on product knowledge and service.
• Develop and implement operational procedures and policies with the GM.
• Manage inventory including ordering, receiving, stocking, and audits.
• Process transactions accurately and ensure sales compliance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in planning marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
• Assist with staff scheduling and optimize coverage.
