Job summary

Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary in Dracut to lead a diverse team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will support the General Manager in operations, inventory control and staff development, driving results while upholding regulatory compliance.

You will coach and motivate teams across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery channels, manage schedules and timekeeping, and partner with leadership to achieve revenue targets and loyalty

Qualifications

Three years or more of managing teams in a retail environment with POS operations.
Cannabis experience preferred.
Inventory control experience preferred.
Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, and evenings.
Must pass background checks and have valid ID or driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute dispensary operations ensuring compliance with security and regulations.
Motivate team members to execute programs and promotions.
Manage inventory, financial records and Seed to Sale compliance.
Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation.
Lead omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside and delivery.
Coach staff to achieve loyalty goals and customer retention.
