Qualifications

• Experience handling HIPAA and state cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support across multiple markets and manage relationships.
• Address inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively.
• Record interactions in POS, CRM, or Microsoft 365.
• Collaborate with dispensary teams to ensure consistent service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and promotions.
• Escalate issues to Team Leader when needed.
