Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; cannabis background preferred
• Willingness to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends
• Reliable attendance and ability to pass background checks for cannabis employment
• Must be 21+ years old and have a valid ID or driver’s license
• Adhere to all cannabis laws and company policies

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail cannabis environment and assist with product selection
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on product knowledge and customer needs
• Maintain store appearance, stock, and cleanliness per standards
• Support management with daily operations and compliance with regulations
