Job summary

Green Thumb Industries in Nevada seeks a Personal Care Specialist to connect with patients and customers, educate on GTI products and consumption methods, and tailor safe regimens to individual needs. You will help ensure compliance and a welcoming retail environment.

As part of a busy dispensary team, you will handle POS transactions, assist with inventory, support management, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while maintaining excellent customer service and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; cannabis industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and keep product knowledge up to date.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store atmosphere.
• Assist in verifying deliveries and ensure store operations run smoothly and compliantly.
• Support management and ensure proper records and safety procedures are followed.
• Uphold local and state cannabis regulations and keep the sales floor stocked and presentable.
• Follow security measures and safety protocols.
• Perform Front of House and Back of House duties including POS, inventory, replenishment, and maintenance.
