Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in our Henderson, NV dispensary. You will educate patients on products, assist with purchases, and ensure a positive, compliant in-store experience.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and the ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends. Prior cannabis experience is not required, and 21+ eligibility is essential.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Meet the scheduling and availability requirements (varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients/customers in a retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on needs and product knowledge.
• Support store operations and ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy and maintain stock on the sales floor.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the dispensary.
