Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a friendly Personal Care Specialist to engage with customers in a Sparks dispensary. You will guide patients through product options, discuss consumption methods, and tailor recommendations to individual needs while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities include educating customers, assisting with orders, stocking, and supporting management to keep the store compliant and welcoming.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience; preference for retail experience in a similar environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable, responsible attendance and be 21+ years old.
• Must pass background checks and comply with cannabis industry employment requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license or state ID and comply with all applicable laws and company regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail setting and assist them throughout their visit.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend safe, effective regimens based on individual needs and maintain product knowledge.
• Support store operations, including daily activities, maintenance, and handling patient information as required.
• Verify deliveries for accuracy and assist in inventory, replenishment, and stocking.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store policies.
