Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) is seeking a Personal Care Specialist for our Bloomfield dispensary. You will greet and assist customers, explain product options, and ensure a welcoming, compliant shopping experience.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, are flexible with shifts, and eager to learn GTI’s product menu. Training is provided and teamwork, privacy, and regulatory compliance are emphasized.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service, preferably in specialty retail.
• Ability to work varied shifts including mornings, days, nights and weekends.
• Reliable attendance and must be 21+ years old.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Must comply with all cannabis laws and company regulations.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with and assist patients and customers in a customer-facing, intimate retail environment.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety as part of patient interaction.
• Recommend a safe and effective regimen suited to each patient and customer’s needs.
• Promote a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations to ensure compliance and smooth daily activities.
• Ensure local and state cannabis regulations are upheld and enforcement.
• Maintain stocked and presentable sales floor; manage files as required.
• Follow security measures and safety compliance procedures.
• Operate POS system and basic office software; manage orders and inventory.
