Job summary

Green Thumb Industries is hiring a Personal Care Specialist to engage one-on-one with patients and customers in a retail dispensary. You will educate customers on GTI products, assist with selections, and ensure safe, compliant consumption practices.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience; preference for candidates with specialty, customer-facing retail experience.
• Scheduling and availability across mornings, days, nights, and weekends to meet business needs.
• Reliable, responsible, and dependable attendance.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass all required background checks including state cannabis employment requirements.
• Possess valid driver's license or state ID.
• Must comply with all legal or company regulations for cannabis industry.
• Prior cannabis experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety
• Recommend safe regimens based on customer needs and knowledge of GTI products
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy
• Support store operations and compliance with regulations
• Enforce local/state cannabis regulations and keep signage/stock in order
• Keep the sales floor stocked and presentable
• Maintain hard copy files and follow security procedures
• Travel through assigned workstations as directed by management
