Job summary

PharmaCann is seeking a Budtender in Illinois to deliver a world-class customer experience at our Des Plaines location. You will educate customers about cannabis, maintain compliant operations, and support sales goals with strong product knowledge and a hospitable attitude.

You must be at least 21, have 2+ years in retail customer service, and be comfortable handling POS transactions while following safety and regulatory requirements. This role requires flexibility for weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age (per state regulations)
• High School diploma required
• 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong analytical skills to assess data, facts, and figures
• Intermediate-level math skills
• Proven expertise and experience to accurately manage a register
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to solve problems calmly and professionally

• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Maintain hospitality standards in the retail environment.
• Build loyalty through local networking and data capture.
• Stay up-to-date on cannabis laws and product knowledge.
• Handle customer transactions accurately using the POS.
• Uphold security, safety, and store protocols.
• Support duties across call center, inventory, and merchandising.
