Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or as state regulations require.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong analytical and math skills; ability to manage a register accurately.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Proficiency with computer-based systems and POS software.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Assist in building a company that disrupts traditional retail and embraces change.

• Drive repeat business through local networking and customer data capture.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products and cannabis laws; answer customer questions.
• Execute high customer experience standards and strong sales techniques.
• Accurately use PharmaCann’s POS and process transactions with precision.
• Follow dispensary protocols, safety policies, and security requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized POS area and adapt to varying schedules including weekends/holidays.
• Support other functions as needed (call center, inventory, outreach, security, delivery, merchandising).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record if required.
