Job summary

PharmaCann, Inc. is seeking a Budtender to deliver a world-class customer experience at our Illinois retail location. You will promote hospitality, ensure compliance, and execute sales initiatives while providing education on cannabis products.

The role requires customer-service excellence, product knowledge, and strong cash-handling; weekend/evening shifts and a valid driver’s license may be needed. Starting pay is $18/hr.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ or as required by state regulations
• High School diploma required
• Minimum 2 years’ customer service in fast-paced retail
• Strong analytical and math skills
• Proficient with register operations and POS
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and calm problem-solver
• Strong computer-based skills and multi-tasking

Responsibilities

• Meet & exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Assist in building a great company and business that disrupts traditional retail.
• Demonstrate authentic leadership and execute the hospitality program.
• Drive repeat business through local networking and customer data capture.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and cannabis laws.
• Proactively answer questions and educate customers on products.
• Maintain high customer experience standards and POS accuracy.
