Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age or as state regulations require.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• 2+ years of customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales volume and KPI goals.
• Promote world-class hospitality and customer service at the retail location.
• Maintain knowledge of products and cannabis laws and regulations.
• Accurately operate the POS and process transactions with care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies.
• Provide education to customers about cannabis products and usage.
• Maintain clean, organized sales area and visual presentation.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Assist with other duties such as inventory, outreach, and merchandising.
• Represent PharmaCann positively to customers and community.
