You will greet customers, assist them in person and over the phone, and process orders while maintaining stock, merchandising, and a welcoming environment. This is a full-time position with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in a retail store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in customers in a friendly, welcoming manner and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Assist customers in store and over the phone and process online orders accurately.
• Encourage sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
• Use the POS system accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain training and compliance binder.
• Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Uphold visual merchandising standards and keep store organized.
