Job summary

PAX is seeking an Account Manager to drive New Jersey expansion, own territory relationships, and deliver in-store execution with retail partners and distributors. Reporting to Head of Sales, you will manage revenue, forecasts, and strategic plans across assigned accounts.

The role requires cannabis industry experience, strong communication, CRM proficiency, and willingness to travel; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years cannabis industry experience in account management and/or outside sales.
• Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to manage a high-volume territory.
• Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and comfort with data-driven reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned account relationships, commercial performance, and in-store execution.
• Drive revenue and profitability through distribution expansion, assortment optimization, pricing/promo execution, and replenishment.
• Build and deliver account plans, business reviews, and stakeholder presentations to retail partners.
• Develop and consistently achieve or exceed KPI’s and sales goals across the territory.
