Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a dynamic account-based marketing professional in Framingham, MA. You will build plans, nurture retailer partnerships, and expand Cresco’s brand presence in key dispensary accounts across markets.

You’ll drive in-store displays, educate Budtenders, and collaborate with distributors to grow distribution and revenue. You should have 3–5 years of sales experience in cannabis or related industries, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years related industry or sales experience.
• Local travel ~60% including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis, trends and industry; training provided for right candidate.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills with active listening.
• Coordinate with distributor personnel for orders, delivery and merchandising.
• Familiar with on/off premise marketing initiatives.
• Promotion agency experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts.
• Strong problem solving, time management and organizational skills.
• Multitasking ability to meet deadlines.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Build account-based marketing plans and nurture relationships with key dispensary accounts.
• Expand brand presence and accelerate pull-through at Cresco Labs brands.
• Create engaging in-store displays and manage shelf presence.
• Establish relationships with decision makers and Budtenders as a trusted partner.
• Plan and execute consumer events to educate and drive trial.
• Educate Budtenders on brands, benefits, trends and consumer needs.
• Collaborate with retailers to drive in-store distribution and revenue.
• Provide program training material development and field rollout.
• Support additional projects as needed throughout the year.
