Cresco Labs is seeking an Account-Based Marketing professional to build account plans, nurture relationships with key dispensary accounts, and expand Cresco Labs’ brand presence across major retailers. You will collaborate with distributors, drive in-store execution, and develop training materials to empower field teams.

Local travel around 60% is required; you will operate with autonomy in a fast-paced, highly regulated cannabis market, delivering measurable growth for Cresco’s Sunnyside

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years’ related industry or sales experience.
• Local travel ~60% including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis, trends and industry preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills – including the ability to listen and identify opportunities to drive increased brand loyalty.
• Ability to coordinate efforts with distributor personnel including orders, delivery and merchandising support.
• Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts.
• Prior promotion agency experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Plan and develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each of your unique retail accounts.
• Create and produce layout plans for stores to ensure optimal in-store presence; manage store shelves and inventory.
• Bring the brand(s) to life in Cresco Labs key retail partners and expand retail presence.
• Establish strong relationships with key decision makers and Budtenders within key accounts.
• Be the face of the brand within retail outlets and educate Budtenders on Cresco Labs brands.
