Cresco Labs is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager to work remotely from the Massachusetts area, focusing on building relationships with key accounts and expanding Cresco’s presence in the region. The role partners with our national team, retailers, and external account managers to drive demand and in-store execution.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years’ related industry marketing experience.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Analytical and strategic mindset with KPI measurement.
• Coordinate efforts with distributor personnel, including orders, delivery, and merchandising support.
• Familiarity with local market trendsetting accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the MA Brand Field team and oversee growth of key retailers in assigned territories.
• Plan and execute in-store activations and brand events.
• Develop merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies across retailers.
• Provide Budtenders with training, talking points, and sales tips.
• Collaborate with regional and national teams on budget, KPIs, and tools.
