Job summary

Cresco Labs is seeking a dynamic account-based marketer to develop merchandising strategies and nurture relationships with key dispensary partners across markets. You will create and execute plans to expand brand presence, coordinate events, and drive pull-through for Cresco’s portfolio.

Strong communication and cannabis knowledge are essential for success in a fast-paced, growth-focused team. Local travel is significant, often including nights and weekends, with a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years’ related industry or sales experience.
• Local travel ~60% including nights and weekends.
• Knowledge of cannabis trends and industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute merchandising and visibility strategies for retail accounts.
• Develop store layouts and manage shelves and inventory.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and Budtenders.
• Meet sales goals and drive in-store brand presence.
• Coordinate promotional events and product education in markets.
