DreamFields, a leading cannabis lifestyle brand, seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to drive brand awareness in Massachusetts. You will build relationships with dispensaries, support the sales team to hit goals, and educate budtenders and consumers on product benefits.

The role Also involves coordinating visual merchandising and collecting market insights to inform campaigns. Ideal candidates have cannabis knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in marketing, sales, or event promotions.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Conduct in-store services including demos and PADs at dispensaries.
• Educate budtenders and consumers on product benefits.
• Capture video/photo content at events for social media.
• Drive sales through demonstrations and education.
• Oversee visual merchandising and product placement.
• Plan and execute brand events aligned with objectives.
• Coordinate event logistics and collect market insights.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials at locations.
