Cresco Labs is seeking a driven Account Marketing Manager to build account-based plans, nurture relationships with dispensaries, and accelerate pull-through for Cresco's brand portfolio. You will expand retail presence, collaborate with Budtenders, and act as the brand ambassador in stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of related sales experience.
• Local travel ~60%, including nights and weekends.
• Cannabis industry knowledge or willingness to learn.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with distributors on orders and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Plan merchandising, menu placement, and visibility strategies for each retail account.
• Develop store layout plans and manage shelves.
• Expand Cresco Labs brand presence with key retail partners.
• Build relationships with decision makers and Budtenders.
• Serve as the brand face in retail outlets and educate staff.
• Drive in-store presence to boost distribution and sales.
• Plan and execute market consumer events tailored to your market.
• Develop and distribute training materials for field team.
• Complete administrative responsibilities and expense reporting.
