Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months customer-facing or sales experience.
• 6+ months POS experience and cash handling.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some overnights.
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a warm, professional manner to ensure an exceptional experience.
• Provide personalized product recommendations and upsell where appropriate.
• Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization; restock as needed.
