Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and compliant with regulations.
• Background check and state badging as required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product usage.
• Ability to use office equipment; proficient with Word/Excel/email.
• Understand laws relating to cannabis and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advise customers on cannabis products and usage as wellness items.
• Build rapport with regular customers to promote repeat business.
• Assist with online orders and ensure accuracy before pickup.
• Operate the POS and update inventory in the state system.
• Maintain a clean, organized storefront and comply with regulations.
