Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with local, state, and company regulations.
• Criminal background check and appropriate state badging requirements.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Advocate cannabis customer care and education.
• Educate customers on product types, methods, and efficacy.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Assist in a fast-paced retail environment and support managers.
• Maintain clean workstation and sanitize store front.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pick-up.
• Comply with local/state regulations and inventory systems.
• Stock and replenish displays of regulated and unregulated inventory.
• Complete POS transactions and update inventory systems.
