Qualifications

• Minimum three years supporting TACNET, CANES, ISNS/COMPOSE, or other C4I systems.
• Experience translating system updates into training content using structured development processes.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required or ability to obtain.
• Experience with training materials, lesson plans, and courseware development.

Responsibilities

• Review updates to ensure curriculum aligns with CANES fleet baseline.
• Develop and maintain CANES and C4I courseware, lesson plans, student guides, and labs.
• Apply Instructional System Design to define requirements and learning objectives.
• Use Navy authoring tools to develop and manage curriculum.
• Ensure training materials reflect real-world system administration and fleet standards.
• Support pilot courses and fleet training events.
