Job summary

DLH Corp is hiring a CANES SME Curriculum Developer to transform fleet CANES updates into practical training. The role is onsite at Naval Station Norfolk with remote-friendly options for US-based respondents.

You will create CANES and C4I courseware, lesson plans, student guides, and labs, using instructional design methods and Navy authoring tools to ensure accuracy and relevance for sailors and operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in Navy CANES/TACNET or similar C4I systems.
• DoD 8570/8140 cybersecurity qualified within nine months.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required at start.

Responsibilities

• Review updates to ensure CANES curriculum aligns with fleet baseline.
• Develop and maintain CANES/C4I courseware and labs.
• Apply ISD processes to define requirements and objectives.
• Utilize Navy authoring tools like CPM/LOM and AIM.
• Ensure materials reflect real-world system administration.
• Support pilot courses and fleet training events.
