Candlewood Suites Durham - RTP in Durham, NC is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a hardworking team and ensure spotless guest rooms. You’ll oversee daily operations, train staff, and step in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in hospitality, prior supervisory experience, and strong organization and communication skills. This on-site role includes a benefits package and opportunities for growth.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operations Boss: Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision —inspections, reports, and productivity checks are your jam. You make sure everything runs smoothly and up to standard.
• Team Captain: Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands-on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point.
• Safety & Security Pro: Handle lost-and-found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas like master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind.
• Cleanliness Champion: Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
