You will train and guide attendants, enforce safety protocols, and uphold sanitation across the property while collaborating with the Housekeeping Manager to meet hotel goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations with inspections, reports, and productivity checks.
• Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication and hands-on training.
