Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of recruiting coordination experience at a technology company.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication; build candidate confidence.
• Experience with Greenhouse or comparable ATS; hosting candidates in Santa Clara.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and coordination for technical and non-technical roles across levels.
• Manage complex calendar coordination across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
• Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts to minimize delays.
• Support scheduling workflows using tools such as ModernLoop.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse and ensure pipeline visibility.
