Job summary

Referment is collaborating with a global investment and technology firm to fill a two-year fixed-term Recruiting Coordinator role. You’ll drive the candidate experience from outreach through interview feedback, ensuring smooth handoffs for recruiters and business stakeholders.

The role blends meticulous coordination with candidate service and process improvement: scheduling interviews, preparing reference materials, maintaining accurate data in project-management systems, and partnering with HR

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong project-management and facilitation skills.
• Experience following operational guidance, checklists and controls in fast-paced settings.
• A client-service mindset and genuine care for candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to work across several business teams and learn quickly.
• Discretion when handling confidential information and the ability to contribute independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the hiring process and deliver a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Schedule and monitor interviews and resolve logistical issues quickly.
• Prepare reference summaries and materials for hiring discussions.
• Maintain accurate data and documentation in project-management systems.
• Partner with recruiters and HR colleagues on recruiting activity, process improvements and ad hoc projects.
• Use generative AI and other technology-enabled tools responsibly within established workflows and controls.
