Job summary

Cursor is building tools for professional programmers, and as a Recruiting Coordinator you’ll welcome candidates through every interaction and keep scheduling and operations running smoothly. This role blends scheduling, hosting, and process improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

You’ll coordinate interview logistics, host onsite talent experiences, communicate clearly with candidates and hiring teams, and partner with recruiters to anticipate needs and keep things moving.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating high-volume scheduling and interview coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and calendar accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to host candidates and manage on-site logistics.
• Discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own the full scheduling experience for interviews, ensuring candidates and interviewers are informed and on time.
• Host onsite candidates and create a warm, human candidate experience.
• Keep all stakeholders in the loop with timely, clear communication.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to anticipate needs and keep things moving.
• Maintain and keep Ashby ATS up to date.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruiting operations.
