Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word.
• Experience with HR applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Eightfold.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers (virtual, in-person and travel requests).
• Greet and assist candidates during the interview process, providing information and directing individuals as needed.
• Update and maintain records in the ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Adhere to scheduling processes and SLAs for consistency and candidate experience.
• Partner with assigned Recruiters to discuss activity and roadblocks.
