• Experience with scheduling and coordinating interviews

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers (virtual, in-person and travel requests)
• Greet and assist candidates during the interview process with information and guidance
• Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System and recruiting platforms
• Adhere to scheduling processes and SLAs to ensure a strong candidate experience
• Partner with assigned Recruiters to discuss candidate activity and resolve roadblocks
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and provide updates on status
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support Talent Acquisition functions
