Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to caregiver applicants via phone, text, and email.
• Clearly communicate role expectations, qualifications, and values.
• Maintain professionalism reflecting service-focused culture.
• Assist callers inquiries about caregiver positions or updates.
• Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Document interview responses in ATS and recommend next steps.
