Job summary

Cambrian Homecare, LLC, part of the Dungarvin family, is hiring a Training Coordinator to prepare care providers and onboard new staff. You will deliver orientations, track training compliance, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with HR, Quality, and community partners.

The role is on-site in Long Beach, CA, with Tue–Sat hours, at $23.50/hour, and up to 25% travel for outreach and training. A high school diploma and bilingual English/Spanish are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver engaging training sessions.
• Data-entry proficiency with Excel/Teams/Zoom.
• Professionalism and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver orientations and training sessions for care providers.
• Track and report training compliance and maintain records.
• Assess caregiver skills and ensure competency.
• Assist candidates and caregivers with HR documentation.
• Data entry for new hires in company systems.
• Build relationships with community organizations and referral sources.
