Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare administrative experience with 5+ years in progressive management.
• Strong leadership and financial management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Participates as a member of the Area’s senior management team and provides visionary leadership.
• Leads annual business plans, growth strategies, and operational objectives.
• Oversees ambulatory and inpatient services ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Drives program planning for new facilities or services and partnership activities.
• Manages physician contracts and collaborates with physician practices to align NSL goals.
• Directly leads administrative service line leaders and drives workforce strategy and development.
• Monitors budgets, variances, and implements corrective actions.
