Job summary

Atrium Health is seeking a senior executive to lead the NSL operations across multiple sites in the Charlotte area. You will provide visionary leadership, oversee service line performance, and align clinical programs with strategic enterprise goals.

The role requires strong management experience in healthcare, budget accountability, and a track record of improving quality and patient experience. Travel to designated areas will be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of healthcare administrative experience, including at least 5 years in progressively responsible management.
• Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health or related field or terminal degree.
• Proven leadership, communication, and change-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Area senior management and lead strategic NSL initiatives.
• Lead area performance reviews, monitor budgets, and drive corrective actions.
• Oversee ambulatory and inpatient services with focus on quality and safety.
• Guide program planning, mergers, partnerships, and clinical innovations.
• Direct administrative service line leadership, workforce strategy, and development.
• Collaborate on annual operating and capital budgets and long-term planning.
