Job summary

Color is revolutionizing cancer care with the nation’s first Virtual Cancer Clinic, delivering multidisciplinary care across all 50 states. As a Cancer Screening Advocate, you will coordinate screening appointments with external facilities and serve as the link between patients, Color’s care team, and the scheduling process.

You will verify facilities, retrieve results, inform patients of details, document in the EHR, and collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to address scheduling

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with facilities and inform patients of costs.
• Verify facilities, ensure in-network capability and suitability.
• Retrieve and upload results from appointments and referrals.
• Communicate appointment details to patients and respond to inquiries.
• Record all appointment and referral details in Color’s EHR.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Respond to patient support tickets promptly.
