Responsibilities

• Coordinate screening appointments with facilities.
• Serve as link between patients, care team; ensure scheduling is smooth.
• Update facilities database with accurate information.
• Identify suitable facilities based on insurance, location, preferences.
• Obtain and upload appointment results; manage inbound fax queue.
• Inform patients of appointments and provide prep details.
• Record appointment details in Color’s EHR system.
• Address scheduling conflicts and access issues with empathy.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams.
• Respond to patient inquiries and support tickets promptly.
