Color is pioneering a Virtual Cancer Clinic delivering physician-led, multidisciplinary care nationwide. We seek an oncology registered nurse to provide remote care, education, and clinical interventions to members while shaping our oncology clinic and improving patient outcomes.

Strong oncology background, telehealth mastery, and patient advocacy are essential as we dismantle barriers in an fragmented system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license with NLC multi-state eligibility.
• 7+ years of nursing experience, 5+ years in oncology.
• Experience with outpatient oncology care and telehealth.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive remote oncology care and patient education.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Develop and refine oncology clinic protocols with care team.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient encounters.
• Assist with care plans and referrals for in-person visits when needed.
