Job summary

Color is transforming cancer care with a nationwide Virtual Cancer Clinic. We seek a Cancer Screening Advocate to coordinate screenings, book appointments, and liaise between patients and Color’s care team. You will verify facilities, manage results, and document in the EHR, all while delivering empathetic support to patients.

The role emphasizes scheduling efficiency, accuracy, and strong communication with healthcare facilities and patients, in a fast-paced, compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with external facilities and assist patients with understanding costs.
• Verify facilities, ensuring in-network status and suitability for procedures.
• Retrieve and upload appointment results and referrals; manage inbound document flow.
• Inform patients of appointment details, locations, and preparation instructions.
• Document all appointment and referral details in Color’s EHR system.
• Address scheduling conflicts or access issues with empathy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
• Respond to patient inquiries and support tickets promptly and professionally.
