Job summary

Johnny's Selected Seeds is seeking a Canadian Territory Sales Representative to drive short- and long-term sales objectives within designated grower accounts and new business opportunities. You will develop territory plans, analyze market trends, organize customer events, and build strong relationships across grower organizations to retain and grow business.

The role requires travel within the territory, collaboration with product teams, and delivering business reviews to leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with growers and customers.
• Strong consultative selling, communication, and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently across a large geographic territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual territory sales plan with goals, forecasts, budgets, and tactics.
• Execute the territory plan and manage day-to-day sales activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key commercial growers and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions within Salesforce.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Regional staff on trials and new products; share market insights.
• Participate in webinars, field events, and regional trade shows; prepare monthly reviews.
