Syndio seeks a Partner Success Lead, Canada, based in Toronto or remote within Canada, to drive successful implementations and ongoing adoption of our pay governance platform. You will coordinate with Deloitte, KPMG, and Syndio teams to align goals, manage risks, and deliver measurable value for Canadian customers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles within software implementations or consulting.
• Ability to guide enterprise customers across multiple teams.
• Strong program management and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted advisor to Canadian customers and coordinate with Syndio, Deloitte, and KPMG.
• Lead onboarding through deployment and ongoing adoption to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Manage risks, set plans, and ensure clear ownership and accountability across teams.
• Drive adoption, change management, and training to embed Syndio in customer workflows.
• Gather feedback to influence product priorities and partner delivery.
