Job summary

Syndio is hiring an Account Partner to own the full client relationship for enterprise accounts headquartered in the UK and EU, guiding them through pay transparency implementations and driving platform adoption across multi‑stakeholder teams.

You will work with CHROs, CFOs, and other leaders to expand the Syndio platform, renewals, and multi‑product opportunities while navigating regulatory requirements and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with owned GRR/NRR across UK/Europe.
• Ability to drive platform adoption and expansion within complex enterprises.
• Strong understanding of EU regulatory requirements and pay governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the full client relationship across enterprise accounts in Europe.
• Drive adoption, expand the Syndio platform, and ensure renewals are earned.
• Guide customers through EU Pay Transparency Directive implementations.
• Collaborate with in-house domain experts and regulatory specialists.
