Job summary

Syndio seeks a Partner Success Lead, Canada, based in Toronto or remote within Canada, to drive successful implementations and ongoing adoption of our pay governance platform. You will coordinate with Deloitte, KPMG, and Syndio teams to align goals, manage risks, and deliver measurable value for Canadian customers.

About the role

As Syndio's Partner Success Lead, Canada, you'll play a central role in helping grow our Canadian customer base successfully implement, adopt and get lasting value from our software.

Based in Toronto, you'll be a trusted advisor to customers and a key connection between their teams, Syndio and services partners including Deloitte and KPMG. You'll develop a deep understanding of each customer's goals, bring the right people together and guide the work from initial onboarding through deployment and ongoing adoption.

You'll combine strong relationship management with the ability to coordinate complex implementations. That means establishing clear plans, managing expectations, identifying risks early and making sure commitments translate into action. You'll work closely with Syndio's implementation and technical teams, who deliver the configuration and technical work, while keeping the overall customer experience connected and moving forward.

You'll also help shape how Syndio serves Canadian organizations as we grow. The insights you gather will inform our product priorities, partner delivery approach and customer success practices.

Success is measured through successful deployments, product adoption, customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.

  • Build trusted customer relationships. Develop strong relationships with executive sponsors, HR and Total Rewards leaders, project owners and technical stakeholders. Understand their priorities and translate them into shared success plans.
  • Orchestrate implementation and deployment. Coordinate customers, services partners and Syndio teams around clear scope, responsibilities, milestones and dependencies. Maintain visibility across workstreams and keep everyone accountable for next steps.
  • Coordinate services partners. Work closely with Deloitte, KPMG and other partners supporting Canadian customers. Establish effective handoffs, clarify delivery responsibilities and resolve gaps before they affect the customer.
  • Drive adoption and change management. Help customers prepare their teams, establish internal champions and incorporate Syndio into their workflows. Coordinate training and enablement with the people best positioned to deliver them.
  • Make customer value measurable. Agree on success measures early and track progress through onboarding, launch and ongoing use. Lead business reviews that connect product adoption to the outcomes customers want to achieve.
  • Own issues through resolution. Identify delivery risks and adoption barriers early. Bring forward clear options, align stakeholders on a path forward and follow through until issues are resolved.
  • Develop strong product knowledge. Build a practical understanding of Syndio's platform, use cases and implementation requirements so you can guide customers and connect them with the right expertise.
  • Represent Syndio locally. Participate in customer meetings, partner working sessions and key deployment milestones across Canada. Bring customer feedback into Syndio and keep customers informed about the actions it drives.
  • Build for scale. Turn lessons from individual engagements into repeatable onboarding plans, partner practices and customer success approaches that improve future deployments.
About you
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, implementation management, technical account management, enterprise consulting or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience guiding enterprise customers through software implementations and adoption across multiple teams or business units.
  • The ability to build credibility with senior leaders while working effectively with the teams responsible for day-to-day delivery.
  • Strong program management skills, including managing competing priorities, dependencies and commitments across several organizations.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to discuss data requirements, integrations and software workflows with customers and technical specialists.
  • Experience helping customers manage change, build internal support and demonstrate measurable results.
  • Clear communication, sound judgment and the confidence to have direct conversations about scope, timelines and responsibilities.
  • The ability to work independently, create structure where it is needed and take ownership through completion.
  • A Toronto-area base and willingness to travel for customer and partner engagements (15%)
Experience that would be helpful
  • Working with global systems integrators or consulting firms such as Deloitte or KPMG.
  • Experience in HR technology, compensation, pay equity or workforce software.
  • Supporting Canadian enterprises, public sector organizations or programs involving multiple participating organizations.
  • Practical use of AI tools to improve your own work and an interest in helping customers adopt AI-enabled software responsibly.

  • Competitive Compensation. For this role our salary is targeted at $190,000 -$380,000 CAD OTE per year. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as experience and expertise.
