Job summary

Wise in Austin is seeking a Canada GTM Lead to own growth of Wise in Canada, accountable for new customer acquisition and contribution margin.

You will define the Canadian GTM – messaging, positioning, channel mix, and budget allocation – and work in close collaboration with channel leads based in London on campaign execution and optimization, and with the Regional Growth and Product teams on new features and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Define the go-to-market strategy for Wise in Canada, including messaging, positioning, channel mix, and budget allocation.
• Own new customer acquisition and contribution margin growth for the Canadian market.
• Build and maintain a deep understanding of the Canadian customer and competitive landscape.
• Work closely with channel leads based in London on campaign execution and optimization across the funnel.
• Partner with Regional Growth and Product teams on new features and promotions that support Canadian growth.
• Represent the interests of Canadian customers, capturing and feeding insights back to the Regional Product team for product improvements.
• Review, challenge, and add value to channel leads' plans and performance, bringing depth in acquisition channels to be a credible second opinion.
